We had an excellent experience with P3 Mechanical and Electric, and especially with Scott M. He was honest, professional, and took the time to recommend a tankless water heater for our home. He removed our old unit, installed the new one with great attention to detail, and made sure everything was working before he left. Scott also cleaned up the work area when the job was finished, which we really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work.

I’m very impressed with the workmanship and high speed execution by Matt Glazewski for all of my sprinkler installations. We’re a small construction company in Nanaimo for over 20 years.. P3 mechanical has gone above and beyond for my company from design to the finished installation of our sprinklers system for all of our mutiplex construction projects. I highly recommend this company for their knowledge and expertise.

When our old heat pump suddenly quit working, we contacted our service provider who we had been with for over twenty years. They couldn’t have cared less and wouldn’t give us the time of day unless we were willing to pay double time. It was early in the morning during the week. We phoned P3 Mechanical and they were here within an hour. We now have a new energy efficient heat pump which is so quiet you have to go outside to hear it’s working. From Courtney in the office to Scott our service technician, they were both professional and easy to deal with. They made you feel like you really mattered.

Had a great experience with Scott from P3. He did a great job explaining what was wrong with my heat pump and was able to get it fixed. Would recommend to anyone.
